The neck isn’t vanity — it’s identity.

Not fixing her neck was my grandmother’s only regret in life.

She wanted to wear the neck she remembered. To look like the woman she was just a few years before. To not be asked if she was tired one more time. She wanted a lift—from the outside in.

Neck.
The details.

Neck Botox is one of those treatments no one really thinks about… until they get it. Then you suddenly understand why people do it.

It’s every three months, but it… it’s amazing. It really does. Also, as you get older, it makes your neck feel tighter.

Neck liposuction

Neck contouring for the double chin that is fat, not skin. A tiny incision under the chin, a compression garment for a few days, and the goozle is gone.

Neck lift

When the bands and the skin have let go. I tighten the muscle and re-drape the skin; often with a facelift, sometimes alone.

Morpheus8

Radiofrequency microneedling to tighten mild to moderate looseness without surgery, in a short series.

Neck tox

A few units in the platysmal bands that pull the jawline down. Three months at a time, and a profile that changes without surgery.

A few questions.

The things people ask.

Turkey neck — what are my options?
It depends on what the neck is made of. Fat wants liposuction. Loose muscle bands want tox or a neck lift. Loose skin wants Morpheus8 when mild and a lift when not. Most necks are a combination, and I build the plan from yours.
Can a double chin be fixed without surgery?
Sometimes. Tox and Morpheus8 help bands and mild looseness. Real fat under the chin is removed most reliably with liposuction — a small procedure with a quick recovery, not a facelift.
What is the recovery from a neck lift?
A compression garment for the first days, sutures out in about a week, two weeks before you want to be seen at a dinner. It is worse before it is better, and then it is better.
A facelift is going to give you some downtime. It’s worse before it’s better.
